The Menikio blossom honey is produced from the nectar of wildflowers and cultivated plants that bloom on the foothills of Mount Menikio.
It is a pure, natural honey with a bright golden-yellow color, a delicate floral taste, and a subtle aroma that reflects the diversity of spring and summer.

The blossom honey generally has a higher natural sugar content compared to other types of honey, making it a source of immediate energy for both young and old.
Honey Crystallization
Due to its natural composition and high glucose content, blossom honey is one of the honeys that crystallizes fastest, usually within 2–6 months of production. Crystallization is a natural phenomenon and does not alter the properties of the honey. If you wish to restore it to a liquid form, simply place the jar in a bain-marie (not over direct flame) up to 40 °C.
