It is a mixed honey, rich in honeydew and nectar, with a dark color, thick texture and a full, mild flavor with slightly balsamic notes.
Its natural composition offers a high content of antioxidants, enzymes and valuable minerals (such as iron, magnesium and phosphorus).

Honey Crystallization
